About the Role

As a Rehabilitation Program Manager at Serco, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing transformative programs that promote positive behavioural change and support the rehabilitation and reintegration of inmates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the delivery of tailored rehabilitation programs to address offending behaviour.
  • Developing and maintaining quarterly schedules of programs.
  • Ensuring effective assessments for inmate program eligibility and suitability.
  • Leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary team to achieve service excellence.
  • Monitoring and reporting on program outcomes and participant progress.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Criminology, Social Work, or a relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in group facilitation, ideally dealing with complex mental health or behavioural issues.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain the strictest confidentiality.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • A commitment to upholding the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.
