About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team in Grafton, ND.
Hiring Range: $5,971 - $6,287 per month, paid biweekly
Job Summary: As a Senior Rehabilitation Therapist, you will be responsible for providing evaluation and treatment services to individuals with developmental disabilities, promoting functional skills in work, leisure, and self-care areas.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions to promote independence and community participation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution and a license to practice in North Dakota. You must also be able to work effectively with diverse medical conditions and personalities, prioritize tasks efficiently, and manage multiple responsibilities.
