Responsibilities
  • To develop and maintain frameworks, policies, and tools related to business continuity and resilience.
  • To define requirements and oversee critical operations.
  • To provide advice, assurance, and alignment with regulatory frameworks.
  • To lead training programs and foster a strong culture of resilience.
  • To manage crisis response and incorporate lessons learned.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as business, law, finance, commerce, IT, mathematics, risk, or compliance.
  • At least 5 years' experience in operational risk and/or operational resilience roles within a financial services environment.
  • A deep understanding of insurance operations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in risk and control frameworks.
  • Experience with prudential regulatory frameworks, specifically CPS 230.
  • A proven track record of working effectively with senior management.
