Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Administration Coordinator.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to students, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support to enable smooth operations and maintain high standards in all aspects of our work.
  • Manage incoming support calls, guaranteeing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with students throughout their academic journey.
  • Prepare and distribute essential student documentation and files in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Student Support to ensure seamless support for both students and team members.
  • Facilitate effective communication between tutors and students to promote optimal learning outcomes.
  • Review assignment submissions from students before allocating them to tutors, upholding the highest standards of quality.
  • Coordinate staff development and training initiatives to foster growth and excellence within the team.
  • Implement systems that drive continuous improvement and enhance overall student care.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering top-notch customer service is essential.
  • Previous education sector experience will be highly valued.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in mature conversations, showcasing empathy and an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer care.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to interact confidently and courteously at all levels.
