**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our student financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to students.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated expertise in providing quality student administration advice and services.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven ability to work independently and advise management on potential process improvements.
  • Experience working collaboratively with all staff, building effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

**Key Qualifications:**

A degree in a relevant discipline or significant experience is required. Experience within the tertiary sector and with administrative systems is desirable.

About the Role

The Student Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for the coordination of day-to-day activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to students. This includes providing support and advice to senior staff, occasional evening and weekend work, and restrictions on annual leave during peak periods.
