About the Opportunity

This role involves leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive change management strategy, leveraging best practices and pragmatic approaches.

  • Design, develop, and deliver a change management framework, tools, and standards
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of change management initiatives
  • Manage a team of specialists, including internal staff and external vendors
  • Participate in procurement processes to select suppliers for change management services
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful program outcomes
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in large-scale change implementations (1+ year each)
  • Technology-enabled transformation experience, preferably with enterprise solutions
  • Leadership skills in managing diverse teams, including contractors and vendors
  • Public sector or consulting background is advantageous
