About the Job:

  • Working on the trade counter assisting customers with sales transactions and processes or in our warehouse picking & packing and fulfilment of their orders.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, answering phone enquiries, orders, handling sales enquiries and resolution of any customer concerns.
  • Transacting the end-to-end processing of customer orders, general warehousing duties including picking & packing orders, inventory controls, customer deliveries, and front counter customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of products and systems.
  2. Positive attitude and ability to engage in conversations that drive business growth.
  3. Excellent communications skills with a natural ability to build rapport with customers.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate computer skills - SAP advantageous.
  • Prior experience in trade retail or warehouse desirable but not essential.
  • Current Drivers license & Forklift license desired.
  • Knowledge of cabinetry, fabrication or hardware market highly regarded.
  • Good physical fitness and ability to lift up to 20kgs occasionally.
