**Description**:
As a Network and Unified Communication Officer, you will become pivotal in the support and operation of the Agency's onsite data networks and unified communication hardware and services.

Working closely with senior engineers, you will work collaboratively with ICT Operations and the Agency more broadly. This includes configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimising all new and existing network and communications systems.

**Responsibilities**
- Work as an onsite liaison to both senior technical staff and vendors.
- Support the Agency's telephony and unified communications services, including video conferencing and audio-visual technologies.
- Providing support for physical network services onsite, including hardware replacements, patching and break fix troubleshooting.
- Provide support on the M365 platform.
- Assist with asset logistic requirements, including receipt and distribution.
- Update and maintain appropriate registration of all ICT asset including asset moves.
- Asset refresh and upgrade projects including role outs of ICT operating systems across the agencies existing desktop and mobile devices.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including senior executives.
- Implementation of technical change management activities.
- Investigate technical problems assigned to the team and engage others to assist in addressing such problems.

**Experience**
- Demonstrated minimum of 3 years' experience in ICT operations roles.
- Experience covering Infrastructure, Telephony and Networks.
- Sound understanding of ITIL best practice.
- Demonstrated high level conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop creative and innovative solutions to difficult and complex problems.
- Demonstrated high level customer service and support skills.
- Experience working in Government or providing services to Government agency is an advantage.
