Clinical Leadership in Aged Care Setting

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to fill this senior nursing role at an aged care home in Dubbo. As a Registered Nurse, you will lead and support our care teams to provide exceptional clinical care and promote a culture of loving care.

You will understand the unique needs and preferences of each resident, delivering best practice clinical care that leads with heart, developing genuine connections, and building confidence and trust with residents and their loved ones.

  • Contribute to a collaborative approach by supporting care teams to work in partnership with a consistent group of residents, enabling genuine connections and appreciation for each person's story and needs.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Current registration with the relevant professional body
  • Experience in a clinical leadership role and ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Understanding of quality standards in aged care
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives and timelines
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Experience in a clinical leadership role
  • Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Strong communication skills; emergency responsiveness
  • Time management and organisational skills
