Lead Clinical Specialist

As a Consultant Anaesthetist, you will provide clinical care to patients referred to or requiring the care of the service. This includes patients on the ward, in outpatient areas, and in the Emergency Department. You will also oversee the work of assigned junior medical staff, ensuring safe practice, teamwork, communication, and prescribing.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of anaesthetic services within the hospital. Your expertise will be valued and respected, and you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of your patients.
Requirements- Registration as a specialist with the Medical Board of Australia is required.
- A fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College for Anaesthetists (FANZCA) or an equivalent qualification from Canada, USA, or New Zealand is necessary.
