About the new role:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Clinical Care Specialist to lead resident care efforts and collaborate with the Clinical Manager to identify best practices and oversee quality initiatives.
This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to deliver direct clinical care, manage healthcare services for residents, and mentor dedicated staff.
As a Lead Clinical Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with residents, their families and the multidisciplinary team to assess the strengths and needs of individual residents and develop individualised, person-centered support.
- You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing leadership and guidance to other staff members.
- Strong communication skills and a heart for service are essential for this role.
About your qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A tertiary qualification in Nursing and current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated experience in a clinical leadership role with the proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- A comprehensive understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
