Lead Physiotherapist and Clinical Supervisor

This permanent part-time position is based in Dubbo, NSW, and involves weekend shifts within an acute care hospital setting. As a Lead Physiotherapist and Clinical Supervisor in the Emergency Department, you will provide high-level physiotherapy skills across all areas of the department.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage patient needs in the Emergency Department using advanced physiotherapy techniques.
- Develop and implement effective assessment and management strategies as a Primary Care Practitioner.
- Utilize expertise in musculoskeletal assessment, general acute clinical care, discharge planning, and clinical supervision to drive team performance.
- Evaluate complex situations and make informed decisions using independent professional judgement.
- Collaborate with senior clinicians to enhance services through planning, evaluation, and reporting.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to maintain high-quality patient care standards.
- Contribute to a well-integrated multidisciplinary team environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
