About the Role

In this strategic leadership position, you will spearhead the growth and nurturing of our agency ecosystem through education, connection, and community-building initiatives.

  • Grow and Nurture Our Agency Community: Develop and execute scalable communication strategies to drive engagement, retention, and growth without sacrificing our personal touch.
  • Be a Visible and Trusted Leader Within the Agency Partner Community: Foster relationships that scale, build trust, and create opportunities for collaboration and mutual success.
  • Content Delivery & Distribution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver content and education that empowers agencies to excel in brand building and effectiveness.
  • Partner Enablement: Localize and implement global enablement and partner marketing strategies in ANZ, ensuring seamless onboarding and training experiences for partners.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Work closely with stakeholders to plan and deliver co-marketing and community events that spark meaningful connections, learning, and growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Advocacy: Align efforts with Marketing, Enablement, Product, and Operations teams to champion the voice of the community internally and ensure cohesive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute community-building strategies to foster engagement and growth

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content and education

• Localize and implement global enablement strategies in ANZ

• Plan and execute co-marketing and community events

• Champion the voice of the community internally and align efforts with key stakeholders

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who possesses:

• Proven experience in community-building, partner management, and cross-functional collaboration

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
