As a Strategic Business Growth Manager at Intrax, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's presence in its field of operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing new business opportunities and client relationships to increase revenue streams.
  • Designing and implementing growth strategies that align with the company's strengths and customer needs.
  • Managing CRM data and pipelines to optimize business performance.
  • Collaborating with Marketing to create effective B2B collateral and activities that support business objectives.
  • Overseeing the tender process for engineering/field services business procurement and ensuring smooth project delivery.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a field or consulting role in a company delivering services in the building or infrastructure construction areas.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a B2B role with business development targets.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to build lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills to handle various customer and stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines.
  • Proven IT skills in Microsoft Word, databases, and Excel, with the ability to learn other software systems as required.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits include:
