Senior Hospitality Leader

We are looking for an experienced hospitality leader to drive our dedicated team forward. This role is perfect for someone with boundless energy, a genuine love for their work, and a commitment to leading by example to deliver outstanding service that meets our brand's standards.

This leadership opportunity will involve inspiring and developing your team by leading from the front and championing exceptional service delivery. You will oversee staff rostering, performance management, budgets, cost control, health and safety, SOPs, and menu designs to enhance customer experiences.

As a natural leader with a passion for both exceptional food and outstanding customer service, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and empower your team consistently. Your extensive product knowledge and prior leadership experience in a busy restaurant setting will be invaluable. Additionally, you will play a key role in maximizing value and financial returns for the business, driven by your commitment to customer satisfaction and strong business acumen.
