Service Excellence Manager

As a Customer Service Manager, you will develop strong customer relationships through delivery of service excellence.
This role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. You must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their experience with our company.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality and compliance standards are maintained

- Train and supervise staff members when required
