- Coordinate day-to-day activities associated with labor and aircraft movements to achieve accurate operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Drive collaboration through systems and processes with internal and external stakeholders to prevent delays and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Investigate delays to root cause level and implement corrective actions or make recommendations.
Main Duties:
- Support the management of team performance and provide effective development and coaching to ensure optimum levels of team and individual performance.
- Ensure staff compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including Airside Driving Regulations, Food Safety, and AQIS Customs regulations.
