
Client Relations Specialist

About the Role:
As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating support workers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Create rosters for support workers aligned to clients' needs
- Manage client accounts, including day-to-day customer enquiries and organization of support workers
- Recruit support workers, nurses, and other personnel as needed
- Update files, including rosters, client communications, and support worker documents
- Communicate effectively with clients to exceed their expectations
- Participate in on-site visits and deliver documentation as required by clients
- Evaluate client satisfaction and proactively identify upcoming needs
Requirements:
- Candidate must be able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously with differing levels of urgency
- Excellent attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy of data
- Able to perform well under tight deadlines and challenges
- Demonstrate high degree of professionalism and accountability
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical thinking and organization skills
- Experience with Microsoft products: Outlook, Excel & Word
