About the Role:

As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating support workers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Create rosters for support workers aligned to clients' needs
  • Manage client accounts, including day-to-day customer enquiries and organization of support workers
  • Recruit support workers, nurses, and other personnel as needed
  • Update files, including rosters, client communications, and support worker documents
  • Communicate effectively with clients to exceed their expectations
  • Participate in on-site visits and deliver documentation as required by clients
  • Evaluate client satisfaction and proactively identify upcoming needs

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously with differing levels of urgency
  • Excellent attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy of data
  • Able to perform well under tight deadlines and challenges
  • Demonstrate high degree of professionalism and accountability
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical thinking and organization skills
  • Experience with Microsoft products: Outlook, Excel & Word
