Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced real estate professional to fill the role of National Buyers' Agent. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 15-20 clients at a time, understanding each client's investment strategy and building strong relationships with them, industry stakeholders and third parties.
  • Source, assess and secure high-quality residential properties that meet client briefs and company investment criteria.
  • Conduct in-depth inspections, valuations, price analyses and due diligence to inform property selection.
  • Negotiate purchase terms and provide expert strategic advice on acquisitions, developments and investment opportunities.
  • Analyse market trends, economic data and property performance to guide informed decisions.
  • Liaise with Property Managers for rental, compliance and settlement preparation, ensuring a smooth handover.
  • Maintain meticulous file compliance and accurate CRM records.
  • Handle high-pressure, time-sensitive transactions with confidence and professionalism.
  • Participate in weekly KPI and team meetings, contributing to division and company goals.

Requirements:

  • Passion for property, investment property and wealth creation.
  • Ability to learn property market research, data and advice models.
  • Self-motivated and a confident communicator.
  • Team player with an interest in contributing to a great culture.
  • Open to becoming PIPA Accredited.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Cert IV Property / Registration.
