We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Central Kitchen.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced culinary professional to join our team on an ongoing and full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the operations of the Central Kitchen, ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards and delivered to our customers in a timely manner.

">Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. A relevant degree or diploma in commercial cooking or a related field, with little or no relevant work experience; or a suitable combination of lesser qualifications and relevant experience.
  2. A current or willing to obtain Food Handlers & Food Safety Supervisor's Certificate.
  3. Extensive experience in the preparation of a broad spectrum of menu items, current knowledge of food trends, food allergy controls and exceptional planning and time management skills.
  4. Demonstrated experience in stock control and food cost monitoring & recipe costings.
  5. Comprehensive knowledge and experience in menu planning & menu design.
  6. Computer literacy and an understanding of CHECK EAM stock control and purchasing system is preferable.
  7. Demonstrated ability to provide high quality client service & customer service in a catering environment.
  8. Proven experience supervising and leading a team.
  9. Demonstrated behaviours that align with the values of our organisation.
