We are seeking a highly skilled professional to play a vital part in managing incidents and providing guidance to key stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis and assess incidents to identify risk reduction activities and recommend control enhancements or new controls.
- Collaborate with incident owners to gather information and assess the nature and impact of incidents.
- Perform root cause analysis and identify opportunities for process or control improvements where applicable.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in operations, Risk or Compliance, preferably in financial services.
- Superannuation experience is highly advantageous.
- Experience in incident, breach and/or fraud management is highly desirable, including use of GRC technologies.
