The Risk and Incident Manager will develop meaningful risk and incident trend reporting and present these insights to senior management, leadership teams and Board Committees, ensuring relevant legislative and organisational requirements are understood and met. This role will also be responsible for performing compliance assessments of incidents to assess compliance with regulatory obligations and determine escalation of potential reportable matters in breach of core obligations.

*What you'll need
*
- 7+ years' experience in risk and incident management, ideally working in the Financial Services.
- Working knowledge of the SIS Act/Regulations as well as the Corporations Act and Privacy Act.
- Ability to analyse trends (risks, controls, incidents etc), diagnose problems and issues and then recommend actions dealing with underlying root causes.
- Strong ability to perform thorough assessments and make sound decisions around escalation requirements.
- Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence and develop and maintain high quality interpersonal relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both within and outside the Fund.
- Excellent oral, written communication, data presentation skills.
