This critical role supports three supply chain sites in Queensland by partnering with frontline leaders to drive continuous improvement. A key focus is identifying and providing recommendations for development and learning needs, as well as delivering strategic priorities through influencing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Manage and improve training records and administration">
  • Develop or source new training programs">
  • Implement Competency Action Plans to build operational capability">
  • Act as a point of reference for onsite employees on L&D initiatives across health and safety and operational processes">
  • Build strong relationships with onsite stakeholders to ensure staff are equipped with the right skills at the right time">
  • Provide on-the-job coaching and support actively building high-quality training and assessment capability">
  • Share learning solutions and resources across the Supply Chain L&D community">

About You:

You will have gained experience in a continuous improvement environment which may include manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or logistics. As a natural people person you will have the ability to build strong working relationships with various stakeholders.

  • Certificate IV in Training & Workplace Assessment or equivalent qualification">
  • Experience in supply chain activities and processes highly regarded">
  • Experience of people and team management">
  • Strong training needs analysis skills">
