As a customer service professional, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers in a retail and trade environment.
About the roleOur team is passionate about providing outstanding customer service, both in-person, over the phone, and online. As a customer sales representative, your main focus areas include:
- Maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Creating memorable interactions with customers through your strong communication skills.
- Contributing to showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
- Processing stock, receiving, dispatching, and storing.
- Being an enthusiastic and cooperative team member contributing to a positive team culture.
This role requires physical activity such as lifting, bending, and climbing. We welcome applications from individuals without prior industry knowledge.
