Private Advice Assistant Role

This role supports the delivery of advice solutions and provides customer support to enhance the customer experience.

As a Private Advice Assistant, you will have opportunities for customer interaction, delivering first-class customer service. You may work with Advisers or directly engage with customers during transactional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and implementing customer advice documentation to assist with delivering quality advice.
  • Providing excellent customer support via phone, email, and adviser-led appointments.
  • Offering administrative support to meet customers' needs.
  • Using processes and systems proactively to support business delivery and customer outcomes.
  • Acting in line with the company's purpose and strategy to re-engage the community and ensure products and services are provided honestly and fairly.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the Financial Advice Industry.
  • Highly regarded qualifications such as Diploma of Financial Planning and/or related degree.
  • A customer-centric approach and passion for delivering advice outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilience, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a growth mindset.
  • Ability to build productive relationships with team members, advisers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify, monitor, and manage risks.
