Business Partner Role

As a Business Partner in our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting various corporate functions. This includes administering personnel and compensation processes, coaching managers on effective communication techniques, and processing promotions or other approvals.

You will also guide leaders in setting objectives, having meaningful mid-year check-in conversations, and completing end-of-year reviews using HR systems. Additionally, you will support the annual Remuneration Cycle by gathering and presenting people metrics, navigating HR software for performance development reviews, enabling discussions, and calibrating recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar P&C/HR role, intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and strong ability to navigate software and systems such as Oracle HCM or SAP. You will need to maintain high levels of confidentiality and attention to detail while working collaboratively with senior leaders.
