Job Opportunity

This position involves offering commercial, financial, and contractual expertise during the pre and post contract stages of Transport projects to ensure business success while maintaining governance over systems and processes for compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and be able to advise on commercial strategies to maximize profitability of Transport projects;

  • Lead and mentor Contract Administrators and Commercial Analysts to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders;
  • Negotiate and settle upstream and downstream commercial positions to safeguard the organization's interests;
  • Provide regular briefings, analysis, and summaries of complex legal, technical, and commercial bid and contract issues;
  • Manage all allocated commercial pre-contract activities including EOIs, Tenders, and Confidentiality Agreements;
