About the Role:

As a Cargo Aircraft Charter Sales Trainee Broker at ELMO, you will play a pivotal role in managing charters for a wide range of clients, from humanitarian aid to high-profile events. Your expertise will be essential in building relationships with cargo operators and ensuring access to the widest range of aircraft available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and build a list of potential customers through various databases, websites, and industry publications.
  • Proactively target your list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits to convert potential customers into ELMO customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with cargo operators to secure access to a diverse range of aircraft.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure repeat business and meet sales targets.
  • Manage charter bookings from initial inquiry to completion, demonstrating expert knowledge of the aircraft and chartering process.
  • Respond to urgent charter requests 24/7 and present bespoke quotes to customers, showcasing strong commercial acumen.
  • Oversee flight departures, which may require working unsociable hours.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to situations and think creatively to find solutions.
  • Strong commercial judgment and a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent numeracy and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
