Job Description

Life as a Charter Sales Specialist

  1. Building Relationships

As a Charter Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for building relationships with potential customers, identifying new business opportunities, and converting them into loyal clients. You'll work closely with our Cargo Operators to ensure access to a wide range of aircraft, providing solutions for our customers' unique needs.

Targeted Sales Approach

You'll proactively target your list of potential customers through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits, converting them into ACS customers. Your goal is to meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the company's success.

Charter Management

You'll manage charter bookings from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders. This includes presenting bespoke quotes, demonstrating good commercial acumen, and overseeing flight departures (which may require unsociable hours).

Customer Retention

You'll maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and driving customer satisfaction. Your ability to adapt to situations and think creatively will be essential in this role.

Requirements

  1. Commercial Acumen

You'll need to demonstrate good commercial judgement, with a strong understanding of the aircraft and chartering process. Your ability to work independently, yet as part of a team, will be crucial in this role.
