Sales Professional: Pathway to Mortgage Broker

Lendi Group is a leading provider of home loans in Australia, and we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team as a Mortgage Associate. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer service, and career development.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential customers to discuss their lending needs and convert leads into qualified appointments for our brokers.
- Sales and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Business Development: Collaborate with our brokers to identify opportunities for customers to refinance their existing loans and obtain finance for new purchases.
- Customer Engagement: Leverage your sales and relationship building skills to encourage customers to engage with our online platform prior to their appointment, where they can upload documents and provide their broker with key information.
- Education: Final year university students, new graduates, or individuals with a background in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for sales and customer service.
- Experience: No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and develop your skills is essential.
