About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced sales professional to join our Cargo team as an Aircraft Charter Sales Trainee Broker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with Cargo Operators and customers to secure charter bookings and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Research and identify potential customers, build relationships, and convert them into ACS customers.
  • Charter Sales: Proactively target customers through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits to secure charter bookings.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with Cargo Operators and customers to ensure repeat business and meet sales targets.
  • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrate expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process to present bespoke quotes to customers.
  • Flight Management: Manage charter bookings from enquiry to completion, including flight watching and overseeing departures.
Requirements
  • Commercial Experience: Proven experience working in a client-facing sales role, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent numeracy and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and Cargo Operators.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to situations and think of solutions fast, with a strong focus on results-driven and goal-oriented work.
