Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. As an Assistant Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.
Your primary focus will be on building strong, long-lasting client relationships, which will be at the core of your success. You will have ownership of your own book of business, consisting of SME and domestic accounts from various occupations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop new business opportunities through persuasive communication skills and logical reasoning.
- Nurture existing client relationships to drive business growth.
- Support senior brokers on larger accounts to ensure exposure to these risks for own development.
You will work closely with our team to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact contributing to the collective success of the organisation.
Requirements:- 18 months experience in a similar role (Ideal)
- Tier 1 compliance (Essential)
