We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Club Wyndham Port Douglas. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our Reception desk, providing exceptional customer service to our owners and guests, and leading a team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the efficient operation of the Reception desk, including greeting and registering of owners and guests, and providing information on local area attractions.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolve any guest issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure compliance and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Front Office department at a supervisory level, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems, with Opera preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
