Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Haematology Research Scientist to join our team in the Flow Cytometry Haematology laboratory. The successful candidate will have a strong background in laboratory haematology, clinical haematology, and transfusion science.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct haematological tests and analyses, including flow cytometry and blood film examination
  • Interpret results and provide accurate diagnoses
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Stay up-to-date with recent advances in clinical haematology and transfusion science

Requirements

  • Formal education: Bachelor Degree of Applied Science or equivalent
  • Sound knowledge of laboratory haematology and its practical applications
  • Sound knowledge of clinical haematology and its practical applications
  • Sound knowledge of transfusion science and its practical applications
  • Sound knowledge of recent advances in clinical haematology

Desirable Qualifications

  • Competence in interpreting haematological results and blood film examination
  • Competence in Flow Cytometry MRD and CAR-T processing
  • Competence in Immunology testing
