About the Opportunity

St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne invites applications for a Clinical Haematology Fellow position in our Haematology department. As a Clinical Haematology Fellow, you will be part of a dynamic team providing comprehensive services for both malignant and non-malignant haematological conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in Phase I to III clinical trials and research across various diseases.
  • Gain expertise in novel therapeutic agents, including small molecules, immunotherapies, bispecific and trispecific antibodies, and CAR-T cell therapies.
  • Collaborate with a highly experienced team of researchers and clinicians.
  • Opportunity for international rotation with collaborating institutions in the second year, if desired.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery or equivalent.
  • Completion or current undertaking of higher specialist training in Haematology.
  • Fellowship/ Membership of appropriate Specialist College [RACP or equivalent].
  • Specialist Registration with the Medical Practitioners Board of Victoria.
  • Competency in prescribing chemotherapy.
  • Experience in haematology.
  • Clinical audit experience.
