Supply Chain Operations Specialist

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team.

  • Conduct and analyse supplier due diligence, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain detailed spend models, providing insights into supply markets and internal demand analysis.
  • Derive meaningful insights from complex datasets, informing strategic business decisions.
  • Manage and maintain procurement technology, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.
  • Design and implement processes and workflows that drive efficiency and value generation.
  • Support the development and maintenance of documentation, including data dictionaries and training materials.
  • Provide regular reporting on procurement metrics, achievements, and supply chain data.

We are looking for someone who is analytical, proactive, and has excellent communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (desirable)
  • Strong experience with data analysis tools, such as PowerBI and Excel
  • Knowledge of procurement concepts, including source-to-contract solutions
  • Familiarity with supply-chain risks and trends
  • Proven skills in developing and managing complex datasets
  • Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Articulate communication and presentation skills
