About the Role

As a key member of our procurement team, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Supply Chain Manager to lead the development and implementation of strategic supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse spend and market data to develop supplier segmentation, prioritisation and performance strategies in consultation with business owners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to drive engagement and results.
  • Lead regular supplier performance reviews, tracking performance against contract deliverables and KPIs.
  • Manage contract renewals across a range of goods and services, ensuring business continuity and meeting value delivery objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, innovation and process improvement, addressing performance gaps where needed.
  • Provide timely Procurement advisory support to business teams.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years' experience in a similar Supply Chain Manager role or similar role within Procurement or Supply Chain.
  • Strong experience leading end-to-end processes in Procurement.
  • Ideal Bachelor's degree in Procurement or business-related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Experience with procurement and contract management systems.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Desirable experience in building Power BI reports.
