The Opportunity

  • You will be responsible for generating invoices and temporary placements within the first three months, laying the groundwork for future growth.
  • After three months, you will hire your first team member to assist and expand your capabilities.
  • Additional growth will be determined by your success and the opportunities that arise.
  • We have national contracts secured across Healthcare, Education, and Trades & Labour, providing a steady stream of job orders from day one.
  • You will be supported by a trusting leadership team who will guide and assist you throughout your journey.
  • The compensation package includes a generous salary, quarterly bonuses, up to 40% commission, and uncapped earning potential.
  • There may also be an equity offering available to the right candidate.

About You

  • You should be hungry and motivated to build something from scratch and demonstrate your capabilities.
  • You must be comfortable with networking and communication, including picking up the phone and meeting with clients.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in recruitment is essential, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Team Leader/Branch Manager/State Manager or BDM experience is highly desirable.
  • You must reside in the Melbourne region and possess market knowledge and experience.
  • Resilience is key, as the first three months can be challenging working independently.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience. This figure does not include bonus payments, which can significantly increase earnings potential.
