About the Role

As a seasoned executive leader, you will drive system-wide reform in the Victorian health system, shaping it to meet the diverse needs of all Victorians. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and implementing policy frameworks that promote equitable access to planned care.

You will lead a large workforce, fostering a positive work environment that maximises staff wellbeing and morale. Your strategic guidance will focus on professional development, learning, and knowledge sharing across the program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of tangible system-wide reform, including digital platform delivery
  • Manage and influence health services to drive planned care system performance and accountability
  • Develop and implement system and local interventions based on data-driven insights

Key to success in this role is your ability to maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and engage effectively with the sector through regular communications and forums.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of AU$200,000 - AU$250,000 per annum, depending on experience
