We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Adelaide. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development, with a competitive salary package of $65,000 OTE (On Target Earnings).
About the RoleThis is a rare opportunity for a business graduate or experienced professional to join a high-performing recruitment business on a steep growth phase. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for advertising and candidate attraction, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and managing candidate profiles.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to source and test the right candidates for the job. Your strong influencing skills, ability to consult, and excellent communication skills will enable you to build instant rapport with clients and candidates alike.
The successful candidate will have a self-motivated and organized approach, with a strong desire to self-develop and a hunger for success. You will be part of a supportive team that prioritizes wellbeing and provides opportunities for growth and development.
