Salary Package

We offer a highly competitive salary package of $65,000 OTE (On Target Earnings) for this exciting opportunity. This package reflects the importance we place on attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity for a business graduate or sales professional to join a leading recruitment business on a steep growth phase. You will receive comprehensive training and development, as well as one-on-one mentoring from an industry expert. Our team has a strong client portfolio, and as a result, we need to continue to grow and develop our workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advertising and candidate attraction through various channels
  • Screening resumes and interviewing candidates
  • Reference checking and managing candidate profiles
  • Providing career advice to candidates
  • Running and servicing active job orders to source the right candidate for the job
  • Maintaining relationships and networking with candidates

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have strong influencing skills, and excellent communication abilities. They will also have a desire to self-develop and a hunger for success.
