Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
  • Proactively source and attract high-calibre candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and background checks to ensure the best fit for our clients' needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and building trust.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their talent requirements and provide expert advice on market trends and recruitment strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Blue Collar OR White Collar (professional) Talent Specialist, Recruitment Consultant, or similar role in a recruitment agency setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and handle a high volume of recruitment assignments simultaneously.
  • Resilient and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, talent acquisition strategies, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality talent solutions.
