Aviation Rescue Fire Fighter Role

Airport safety is our top priority, and we are seeking highly skilled individuals to join our team as Aviation Rescue Fire Fighters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to aircraft incidents, fires, and other airport emergencies in a swift and safe manner
  • Maintain trucks and fire stations to ensure readiness at all times
  • Provide first aid and offer fire safety advice to passengers and airport staff
  • Work effectively in a team environment and make logical decisions in critical situations

Requirements:

  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency
  • Senior Secondary Certificate of Education (Year 10/12)
  • Current driver's license with the ability to obtain a heavy rigid license
  • Current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 or HTLAID014)
  • Physical and mental fitness (must pass a physical aptitude test and aviation medical assessment)
