We are seeking a seasoned expert in organizational transformation to spearhead strategic initiatives within our dynamic cyber security environment.

Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change across project and BAU streams, working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate change activities into project plans.

The successful candidate will lead the development and delivery of change strategies that support our organization's cyber security goals, translating complex technical concepts into engaging communications and guiding stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will bring over five years' experience in change management, ideally within IT, cyber security, or compliance-driven environments. Strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences are essential.
