Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the compliance and integrity of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support R&D with product formulation and recipes for regulatory compliance
  • Ensure nutrition aspects of recipes and products meet global guidelines
  • Train staff on labelling systems and guidelines
  • Support QA with ingredient verification and product information
  • Provide nutrition input to maintain product integrity
  • Ensure accurate and compliant labelling and claims
  • Collaborate with teams on consumer and industry queries
  • Contribute to discussions on food regulation
  • Submit responses to regulatory proposals and applications
  • Arrange and review product analysis for compliance
  • Provide regulatory input on new product development and product improvements
  • Maintain systems for accurate and timely labelling and artwork approvals
  • Compile and update nutrition and allergen data charts

About You:

  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Specifications Admin, NPD, QA, Technical Operations, or Food legislation, with a background in the food industry and application of food science knowledge.
  • Fundamental Knowledge of Food Ingredients, Additives, and Regulations.
  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills.
  • Possesses Exceptional Organizational and Computer Skills.
