We are seeking a highly motivated and strategically focused Senior Manager to oversee a high-profile client relationship and manage multisite justice operations across the Northern Territory, primarily in Darwin CBD and Palmerston.

About the Opportunity
  • Create and manage an effective safety system that keeps our teams safe and secure.
  • Evaluate G4S performance against customer obligations and develop strategies for growth and improvement.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration and strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and optimize operational efficiency to deliver year-on-year growth in revenue and margin %.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Lead and manage high-performing teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Implement commercial and financial management processes to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Cultivate personal resilience and lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership qualities.
  • Oversee operations, accounts, contracts, safety, and industrial relations to ensure seamless execution.
