Job Description:

The role of Senior Policy and Justice Advisor involves contributing to the development and implementation of policy initiatives that promote access to justice. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across government and the community to analyze complex data and develop evidence-based policy recommendations.

You will be responsible for engaging in project management activities, including coordinating meetings, managing timelines, and ensuring effective communication among team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing policy initiatives that promote access to justice
  • Conducting research and analysis to inform policy decisions
  • Engaging with stakeholders to build relationships and gather input
  • Coordinating project activities and ensuring effective communication among team members
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of policy development and implementation principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

In addition, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is highly desirable.
