Operations Manager

This full-time position is part of a high-performing team in a growing portfolio. The role involves leading core operational functions across multiple sites, overseeing operations, and providing strategic advice to improve efficiency and service quality.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Business Services team through a period of sector reform and transformation
- Oversee rostering, administration, compliance, and reporting across multiple sites
- Provide data-informed advice to support decision-making and process improvements
- Identify and implement scalable, sustainable process improvements
- Tertiary qualification in a business-related field and/or significant related experience
- A resilient, calm, and strategic mindset with the ability to lead confidently through complexity and change
- Extensive experience managing rostering, workforce planning, compliance, reporting, and business operations across multiple sites
- Proven ability to work autonomously, streamline processes, and drive operational improvements
