We're seeking an experienced Performance Improvement Specialist to drive performance enhancements across our aged care, home care and retirement living services.
This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor and analyse business performance, identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to drive results.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Business, Finance or related field, with experience in business analysis, performance management or continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyse and track performance data to inform decision-making and support the development of actionable insights.
- Maintain dashboards and KPI tracking tools aligned to the CPO's framework to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators.
- Prepare clear, timely and accurate performance reports to facilitate informed decision-making at all levels.
- Identify and support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and financial outcomes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements.
- Develop and maintain the capability of staff to understand and utilise performance data to drive informed decision-making.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in business analysis, performance management or continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret financial and operational data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
