Job DescriptionThe Senior Cruise Product Specialist role requires someone to work closely with our product team to develop, launch and maintain a range of cruise products. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to think creatively and have a deep understanding of the cruise industry.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the product team to develop, launch and maintain cruise products
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
